Times have Changed - Why does the Land have to?

One thing that has to made clear. There are two sides to this story. The needs and wants of the DEM - State of RI Natural Heritage Preservation Commission and the needs and wants of the Town of Scituate and how the Town of Scituate presented that to the State of RI and all other parties involved. I hope this page clarifies these issues.
